MicroPen
Eclipse MicroPen is an incredible way to improve skin texture, tone, and color, and its versatility is unmatched. It is beneficial for wrinkles and fine lines, as well as deeper folds and scars. The MicroPen enhances skin elasticity and stimulates the production of elastin and collagen.
Using a process called automated microneedling, or Collagen Induction Therapy, the Eclipse MicroPen can be used to treat:
- Acne and acne scarring
- Scarring from trauma
- Fine lines and Wrinkles
- Dull, tired skin
This cordless device with 12 microneedles at the tip can be used anywhere on the body, including the face, arms, hands, and abdomen. The depth of the needles is determined by the skin conditions being treated. At Ella Medical Aesthetics, we can create a custom treatment plan tailored to your skincare needs as some patients may require more treatments than others.
FAQ
What is the Eclipse MicroPen?
The Eclipse MicroPen is a microneedling treatment used to treat wrinkles, fine lines, scars, stretch marks, and reinvigorate dull, tired-looking skin.
How does it work?
The MicroPen uses a 12-microneedle tip to stimulate the body’s production of elastin and collagen. As collagen and elastin are stimulated, wrinkles, fine lines, scars, and stretch marks in the skin are diminished.
When will I see results?
You will have glowing skin immediately following treatment. Redness may occur in the treatment areas and should subside within one week following treatment. More visible results will be evident within two weeks, but will continue to improve over the next six months.
How many treatments will I need?
The number of treatments varies from patient to patient and the treatment area. We will determine your individual treatment plan based on your concerns.
Is there any downtime?
We will determine a specific skincare regimen to aid in the healing process as well as add benefits to your skin. You may experience redness for up to a week after treatment, but it will subside on its own.
